Is Elymas' SA an "any time" ability, or is it only activated when he enters battle? By the wording I would say the latter, but that makes it a pretty weak ability, since you have to guess what your opponent will do at what could be a pretty decent cost. (Kind of like the old "Baal Worship" ruling from the Player's Guide.)
