The Wise men from the east studied the book of Isaiah over and over again and found clues in the book of Isaiah so they followed the Star of David (there's the astronomy) to find Jesus.

And technically speaking, Godly powers are super natural because its a contraction, "Super" basically meaning, "Miraculous" almost; and natural meaning what we can do within our physical capability's. Super natural just means, "Superior from our capability's." and the Magi are just that, as well as the Egyptian wise men, just from two totally different sides of the spectrum.
