The "Ignored" and their enhancements

I get the ignored mechanic, but not sure what to do with the enhancements that can be played on the ignored character.

I assume, since the enhancements are conceptually cards that "enhance" a character, if that character is being ignored, any "enhancing" of that character after ignoring begins are negated and prevented.

Correct?

Appreciate any insight.

An Ignored enhancement doesn't contribute numbers and you cannot target the Ignoring cards with any special abilities. You can target other characters (Such as discarding characters in territory, discarding artifacts, targeting hands or decks) and you can negate any abilities, so you can always negate an ignore ability (assuming it isn't CBN/CBI and you have initiative)
If you are reading this signature, thank a physicist.
