Does the negater LS stop the CBP LS? Or do abilities that grant CBP automatically get CBP status themselves?
CBP: "Unless a Covenant is in play, the first evil Enhancement you play each battle cannot be prevented by a good card."
Negater: "Beginning in the phase after this card is put in play, negate all special abilities on Lost Soul cards (except this one)."
Also, if two negaters are in play, and one is taken out, does the other one kick in immediately afterward, sometime later, or never?

No CBP works because of the reason you listed.

Once the first leaves play the 2nd kicks in.

To be more specific, all abilities that grant CBP/CBI/CBN are themselves now CBN. They function basically like identifiers. So the negator LS can never negate the CBP LS, regardless of which was in play first.
