First Round Protect Lost Soul and Samaritan's Water Jar

2 Questions came up in a recent game (although neither had much of an impact on that particular game):

1) When does the First Round Protect Lost Soul stop protecting itself if it is drawn in the opening draw?

2) When the cards return from Set Aside area, what order do they return to the deck in?

Lost Soul
During the first round this card is in play, it is protected from rescue except by a dominant or an angel.

Samaritan's Water Jar
Discard this card to reveal the top 3 cards of an opponent's deck (or 9 if a Samaritan Hero is in play) and set them aside. Put Lost Souls in play instead. When that deck has no cards, return those cards from set-aside to deck.

1.  Upkeep phase of the person drawing it after each other player has a turn.

2.  Based on the rules for returning cards to deck, the person who controlled SWJ selects the order they return to deck when such a thing ends up occurring.  The player controlling SWJ is revealing, and then the imperative 'return' in the later portion refers to the same player.

Yes.  It lasts for one full round of player turns.
