Can you or can you not have multiples of the Good/Evil enhancements in a T2 deck?

I asked Rob about this at SouthEastern Regionals and he said they were considering changing the rule for dual colored cards. Is that still on the table (possibly to be revealed at Nationals for next tournament season)?

All 2-colored cards (g/g, e/e, or g/e) are 2 per deck in Type 2 beginning Saturday at 4pm.
