Testing Solomon's Wisdom 3/4 Purple HE   Regardless of immunity place a human beneath deck.  Owner may reveal two cards of that human's brigade from hand instead.  Cannot be negated.

Would a targeted MC character only have to reveal two cards containing one of its colors?

Example:
King Manasseh is targeted.  Would revealing a Haman's plot and Death of Unrighteousness (or two DoUs, or two HP) cover the two cards cost to instead the ability.  Or would you have to reveal cards that cover both brigades.

It would make sense that they could show 2 of the same brigade of any brigades shown.  They can be ignored based off only 1 brigade, so I'd say the owner would only have to show two DoU or two HP.  However, showing one of each brigade would seem (to me, anyway) to be inconsistent with the intent of having them show two of the same brigade of the character.

My interpretation of it, anyway...

I would take the opposite view, in that both are "that human's brigade" and thus one of each should be permitted.  I'd like to see some other input on it, but that seems to match more with how brigades have worked for other abilities.

Wouldn't it be "Brigade(s)" then?
Not quite a ghost...but not quite not.

I agree with Redoubter.
