Yeah, even though it won't stop anyone from getting to it since it's multi-colored, but it's nice to use that for Trumpet Blast if your opponent isn't playing sites.

Every hero will have access to it, but you can do mean things with the Site Discarder LS et al. Just be aware that some LS specify "When this LS is put in a single-color site..."
