I'm sure there was a thread for this when the ruling first was mentioned, but just for clarification....is the Dom Cap just for tournaments or is it required for all decks? even in friendly play?

It's the deck building rule for all games, but like any rule, if you and a friend agree in advance to modify the rules and do something different you can.
Have you visited the Land of Redemption today?

Just like I don't know anyone who would make someone tear a plot in a friendly game, if you and your friend really wanted to play without the dom cap you could, its not like we have some Redemption Rules Police that goes around making sure you follow all the rules in friendly games.  Make sure you check with the other person first.

I find it's more fun when you play your 9th dom and THEN they ask if you're ignoring the rule for the friendly game ;)

Rob showed up at my house one time when I used A New Beginning in a side battle to Discard my aunt.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
