Heroes and evil characters have brigades, captured characters do not, because they are no longer characters.

What about a captured angel? i learned that even when those characters are captured, they are not lost souls, because they are not human. Would a captured angel still retain its silver alignment even though it is captured?

Captured characters (whether Lost Souls or not) are not characters anymore so they lose their brigade.

What about identifiers?  I think I remember hearing that a captured Assyrian or Babylonian retains its status of being a "Babylonian in play" or "Assyrian in play", but it's just not considered an Evil Character anymore.  Is this correct?

*I just found the other discussion about this and confirmed that they do.

Yes, they keep their identifiers for things that count (Assyrians in play) but cannot be targeted by them (discard an Assyrian).

Otherwise Arioch defending with some captured prophets would rock...
Just one more thing...
