Either way, Jacob + Obedience of Noah + Reuben's Torn Clothes (one place and one played by his ability so Obedience activates first) is crazy.

Placed enhancements activate at the same time as a weapon-class enhancement would activate.

Wow, Hidden Treasures activates after Choose the Blocker abilities?  Does that include Provisions?

I started a whole thread about when placed enhancements activate, and I argued even placed CTB enhs would activate when you just said... I got majorly shot down by numerous officials, who said ALL CTB abilities activate last. >.>

You wouldn't happen to be able to link me to that thread would you?

The key difference here is triggered abilities vs. activated abilities.  The ability gained by provisions is gained by the hero and it activates when the character enters battle.  The ability on a weapon class enhancement activates when the hero enters battle.  Hidden Treasures on the other hand activates during the preparation phase and then is triggered when the hero enters battle.  When a hero enters battle all abilities that activate (including banding and choose the blocker) are carried out before any abilities that are triggered.

A placed enhancement (placed by an ability like Agur) activates not because it enters battle but because a trigger in the ability that placed the card there causes it to activate.   So it follows the timing of a triggered ability.

That thread (especially the second page) expresses my understanding of this matter very well.  But since you didn't feel that threat came to a clear resolution I'm guessing you're looking for someone other than me to confirm my conclusion in that thread

Well, its not so much that I want someone else to give an official ruling so much as that thread just kinda stops with both sides still in disagreeance.
