Do the numbers on HP apply to the EC that uses it or does HP get removed from the game as soon as it's ripped (seeing as torn cards are illegal)?

The numbers on HP only apply if you don't use its SA.

I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
