Yes. If your opponent doesn't have any available LS's, (at least I think that's still a restriction) then you can battle challenge/taunt with Goliath, and they can accept or decline with a Hero. If they decline, then you win the taunt and do what it says (place a Hero beneath deck). If they accept, you have a normal battle challenge.

Guardian Angel=Crappy.
Haman's Gallows=Persians gain CBIg and Haman's Plot gets removed instead of ripped
Hard-Hearted=I forget. I remember it was nice, though.
Hating the Light=LOL one of the best cards in the set is unviewable.
Herods=Use in all decks with
Herod's Temple=Already in the boat article
His Name is John=Crappy.
