Can Darius' Decree discard the heroes in Fishing Boat?

Fishing Boat:  Set this aside. Each upkeep, you may place a Hero from here beneath your deck to draw X or to give your disciples access to all Sites this turn.

Darius' Decree: Opponents may not play good Enhancements from hand, unless an Evil Character is in battle. You may discard this card to discard all Heroes in set-aside areas.

Can The New Covenant be used "anytime during a turn" to heal heroes (as an enhancement)?

The New Covenant: At any time, you may place this card beneath your deck to heal all N.T. Heroes, return all captured N.T. Heroes to territory, or discard all evil cards on N.T. Heroes.

REG: A healing enhancement is an enhancement with “heal” in its special ability. Healing abilities cure characters that have been poisoned, infected or are in the process of being discarded. They are played following a battle phase or anytime during a turn. The card is put to use when placed in the Field of Play with a character of a matching brigade.

What's the deal with Escape to Egypt? Does the opponent have to reveal the Dominant, or at least their hand if they have no good Dominants?

Escape to Egypt: Opponent must withdraw 2 Heroes from battle and place a good Dominant from hand beneath deck. Cannot be prevented if used by a Herod.

I'm not official, but unless fishing boat offers some protection I never knew about, then yes. That was one of the first counters I thought of when the spoiler article for it was posted.

Good question. I know you can use I am Healing that way...

I would say that the card is revealed, just to show that its a dominant, and that they would reveal their hand if they dont have one (along the lines of the I am Holy vs no evil cards in hand ruling).

I would say darius decree does kill heros in boat.

I would say the heal card can be played outside of battle and goes to bottom of deck to heal.

With Escape to Egypt, opponent doesnt have to reveal hand. A judge would need to verify the card is a dominant or that there is no dominant. (it should have been written to reveal to avoid this kind of hardship)

I didnt know this was a ruling, doesnt the card say to do so?

I Am Holy (AW)
Type: Covenant • Brigade: Blue • Ability: 5 / 2 • Class: None • Special Ability: Upon activation, holder may discard a good card from hand to make an opponent discard an evil card from hand. If opponent has no evil cards in hand, opponent must reveal hand. • Identifiers: None • Verse: Leviticus 19:2 • Availability: Angel Wars booster

Yes, Darius' Decree can be discarded to discard all of your Gone Fishing heroes.

Yes, you may play healing enhancements (or covenants used as enhancements) at any time that you have a character of matching brigade in play and a healable character. You cannot use it as a healing enhancement to perform any of the other actions on the card.

If you have a dominant, you must show it before putting it under deck. If you don't, you must show your hand. There is a rule in the REG that says if you can't fulfill a requirement of discarding a certain type of card from hand, then you must show your hand. I would assume this would apply here for the same reason, even if the exact rule doesn't necessarily apply.

Quote from: REG>Instant Special Abilities>Discard or Remove>Special Conditions
If you are required to discard a specific card from hand and you do not have that card in your hand, you must show your hand.

That makes sense to me, I guess it's like how one has to reveal specific cards searched for.

With TNC it sounds like another cost/benefit to me. place under to heal. strange wording to me. I would like to hear more on this card.

Placing TNC on the bottom of the draw pile my be a cost, but that doesn't seem to me like something that would stop it from being used as a healing enhancement ("an enhancement with 'heal' in its special ability" per the REG). There are healing enhancements which are covenants (I Am Healing) and healing cards with additional effects (Backwards Shadow), but they can still be "played following a battle phase or anytime during a turn"
