In a T2 deck I can use 3 of this card, right?

Because at the moment the deck building rules are 3 of any Curse, and it doesn't say anything about how many colors.

All multi-color cards are limited to 1 per deck, no matter what type of card it is.  That rule takes precedence over the 3 per deck rule for curses.

That's not necessarily true...multi-color sites are not restricted by that rule. They are neutral multi-color, yes, but still multi-color. I guess I don't know for sure how it would be ruled, as I think the rule currently only refers to multicolor characters and enhancements.

When he mentioned the card during playtesting, I'm pretty sure Bryon said it was multicolor to limit it to 1 per deck.  Guess the rules update either was decided against, or still needs to happen.  Maybe when the limit becomes four enhancements...

That is indeed the reason its 2 color.
