Reuben starts a RA, King Menahem is blocking "when using King Menahem to block, discard a card at random from opponent's hand."  Obedience of Noah "Holder may choose the Evil Character that his opponent uses to block his rescue attempt."  is then played, another evil character is then brought into battle.  If the evil character then uses Lurking "interrupt the battle and band one of your evil characters into battle. . .".  Then he bands a grey evil character into battle.

First question:  If King Menahem is banding back into battle does he get to use his special ability again, or is it only once per turn?

Second question:  If the grey character banded in was King Menahem, and then he plays Unsuccessful "Negate the last good enhancement played in the battle."  What happens to lurking?

the same character cannot block twice, so lurking cannot bring him back into battle

I think that answers the 2nd question too.

Ok new part of this question, If Lurking brings in another grey character then plays Unsuccessful, then would King Menahem come back in because of the negating of Obedience of Noah, or would the two characters currently in battle have to stay in battle?

If you negate obedience of noah, (I think) that whoever was brought into battle with obedience is slapped out. However, king menahem would come back in because he would have never been brought out, and the guy with lurking would also stay in.  :)
