Nebuchadnezzar's Pride?

I would like some clarification as to how the characters that are returned from set aside after Nebuchadnezzar's Pride is played.  Do the characters all come back at the same time or does each player update counters on their respective upkeep phases for their respective characters?
May you prosper greatly!

I believe since they were set aside on his turn, then you would count his turns. I don't see why you would spread this out.

Each player adds counters on their own upkeep to count turns for cards in their set-aside area.  Assuming NP is played while blocking (and not in a side battle) the Evil Character(s) will come back first and the Hero(es) will return the following turn.

So you do count seperatly? This applies to any card that sets aside heroes and ec's?

Yes they count separately. You always count your characters and only your characters during your upkeep.
