It seems that Caleb should be a Giant-Slayer(see Joshua 14:14-15) but I saw on a list that he is not what is the reason for this?

That verse doesn't say that he slayed any giants. When coming up with that list one of the elders pointed out that scripture says Caleb drove out the giants. That's not the same as what the other "Giant Slayers" did, they straight up killed the giant(s).

you would think that to drive them out you would have to kill some.

There may not be enough definitve proof in the scriptures but I think that he probably did.  In reading through Judges, Samuel, etc. it seems that "driving them out" is largely a euphemism for killing them.  It talks about the various nations being driven out to make room for God's chosen people to be in that land.  That largely happened by killing them.  They were chastised for letting some of them live and not driving them out.

On the charge of slaying giants, the state of Cactus Game Design Forums declare Caleb to be not guilty.

On the charge of still being a pretty cool guy, totally guilty.

My question then is, is why does he remove giants from the game then if he is not a giant-slayer?

Caleb drove out the giants.
For that reason it never said he killed one.
