King Solomon

Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Purple • Ability: 9 / 11 • Class: None • Special Ability: Look at opponent's hand. Search deck for Glory of the Lord or an O.T. Fortress and put it in play. • Attributes: King of Israel • Identifiers: OT Male Human, King (Judah), Royalty • Verse: I Kings 2:45

Can King Solomon search for an evil OT fortress? Looks like it to me.

Yet heroes are not supposed to do that, or discard other good enhancements... why not? These two heroes go against what a hero does, and it makes them very valuable and unique cards in the game. I think more enhs/ heroes should be like these two.

It does make sense Biblically that (at least Solomon) would search out evil forts, since he did build worship sites for his foreign wives.  And I don't know what King Hiram did outside of helping with the temple

I agree that neither should search for Evil Forts but none of that ever got changed in playtesting so your stuck with search for any fort. Oh well :-\

Actually both SA's make sense biblically.  Firstly Solomon built many evil places that is beyond debate, and King Hiram was not even an Israelite King, so he more than likely was involved in some form of construction of a sinful place.  As for whether or not Heroes in redemption should be able to do things to help out the Evil Side of the game, have you ever noticed how Christians in real life occasionally aid the enemy by their sinful actions?  Why should the game be any different especially if you really want biblical accuracy.  Sometimes good people do bad things.

I agree, that's why I said I want more of this in the game. Good helping evil, evil helping good.
