Lost Soul (Covet) Unity: Lost Souls O.T  SA not relevant

Nicolaitan's Teaching SA: Select a brigade and a Hero in a territory. Place on that Hero: Take Hero to your territory. Hero may use
Enhancements of selected brigade. CBI

Benaiah Unity: Heroes (O.T Red Warrior) SA not relevant

Ham's wife SA territory class:  Look at an opponent's hand



1. If a hero was taken from a territory and then the Nicolatan's teaching enhancement was discarded on the hero that was taken , does the hero go back to owner's territory?? 



2.  Does Unity only check cards you control and orignally own??
 
For example

If a player had Benaiah in territory and then played Nico's teaching (on an orange EC in their territory) to take a blue genesis hero from an opponent , would Benaiah's SA in battle still work??



3. Would Lost Soul (Covet) SA still be able to work if you have the Humble Lost Soul in your land of bondage??



4.  If a battle was mutual destruction by numbers (Hero has initiative ) and then the rescuing player plays a dominant card (lets say they discard an EC in a territory) would this transfer initiative to blocking player??



5. Example  A player  puts down Ham's wife and looks at an opponent's hand (being territory class ability).  If that player goes for a BC

with Ham's wife and then returns to territory , can the look ability be used again when she either enters battle or returns to territory??

Heard something about territory class character abilities always reactivate when they enter and/or return to their territory.

1. Nicolatian's Teachings only lasts as long as the enhancement stays. If the enhancement leaves, the hero returns to its owner.

2. Unity is "your", which is "own and control". Taking a hero with Nic's Teachings does not stop unity.

3. Yes. The unity is "if all your X are Y", not "if none of your X are Z" - even though Humble is NT, it is also OT and so still works for Covet.

4. I believe initiative in a stalemate/mutual goes to whoever put the last card in battle. Since the dominant didn't go to battle, the same person still has initiative.

5. I believe so, yes.
ANB is good. Change my mind.

4. Initiative goes to whoever did not put the last character or Enhancement in battle. Sites don't change initiative.

Captain of the Host Warriors SA: negate all special abilities (except band abilities) on enhancements and other characters.

The Strong Angel (ROJ) SA toss all enhancements with "negated" in the special ability. Cannot be interrupted.

Strengthening Angel (disciples) part of SA: Protect cards in your hand and deck from discard by opponent. Cannot be Prevented.

Everlasting beings part of SA: Hero may band to any number of angels.



Have a few other questions:

1. If 2 heroes were banded into battle by a good enhancement can you choose which hero abilities activate in any order??


2. example 1: 

 TSA (ROJ) and COTH (Warriors) were banded into battle by everlasting beings.
 
Can that player activate TSA ability first and then second COTH , which TSA ability is not negated by COTH??

 
example 2:
 
COTH (warriors) and strengthening angel (disciples) gets banded into battle by everlasting beings.
 

3. Can you choose to activate COTH first and then strengthening angel special ability second which the SA on strengthening angel would not be negated by COTH??

If a band brings in multiple characters, you can choose the order to activate abilities as long as they fit the ability order defined in the REG - you can't band in Ahimelek and Asahel and have Asahel choose before Ahimelek returns to hand.

Both of your scenarios with the angels look legal.
