Deck Building Rules

• Unique characters with special abilities that have the same name and brigade are limited to a maximum of 1 each per 50 cards in a deck.
• Generic characters with special abilities that have the same name and card art are limited to a maximum of 1 each per 50 cards in a deck. If the card art is different, you may select a maximum of 1 each per 50 cards in a deck from each variant.

1. Is the first bullet a new change from the previous ruling (2 of name, brigade, and picture are the same), or did I miss that?
2. Which bullet should enhancements fall under?
3. Are these rules supposed to combine to mean that you can use both KoT (unique, different brigades), but not both Evil Spawn (Generic, same art)?
4. Does brigade refer to the full set of brigades, so you can have Moses (CoW) and Moses (Warriors) in the same deck?  Or all 4 Elis (blue, teal, gold, gold/teal)?  Or does Moses (CoW) preclude having Moses (Warriors)?

I don't believe that is an intentional change. The deck building rules didn't all exist in any one place prior to this update. We compiled them from different sources. This appears to be an oversight to me. One that I imagine we'll fix ASAP.

2. Which bullet should enhancements fall under?

I believe enhancements should be treated the same as generic characters.

3. Are these rules supposed to combine to mean that you can use both KoT (unique, different brigades), but not both Evil Spawn (Generic, same art)?

You can still only use 1 KoT or 1 Evil Spawn in a T1 deck of 99 cards or less.

4. Does brigade refer to the full set of brigades, so you can have Moses (CoW) and Moses (Warriors) in the same deck?  Or all 4 Elis (blue, teal, gold, gold/teal)?  Or does Moses (CoW) preclude having Moses (Warriors)?

If any brigade matches then it qualifies.
