Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Pale Green • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Shuffle all Lost Souls and sites in holder's Land of Bondage into owner's draw pile. Discard all Evil Characters in battle. • Play As: Shuffle all Lost Souls, sites, and evil cards in sites in holder’s Land of Bondage into owner’s draw pile. Discard all Evil Characters in battle.

OK, so when this card is played I know lost souls, lost souls in sites and their "host sites" get shuffled-my questions are:

1. Do the single color sites not occupied by lost souls get shuffled? (like a babylon)
2. Do the unoccupied multicolored access sites get shuffled? (like a dragonraid)

I guess the trick is it says holder's LOB, so #1 would be yes, and #2 would be no because you don't count access sites as being in your LOB according to the players arrangement in the rulebook.
Help?? 

It's my understanding based on the illustration in the rulebook that unoccupied Sites reside in your territory, but only occupied Sites reside in the Land of Bondage.
