I am redemtion return your captured heroes to your territory.
Can heroes come from all territories only your opponent's territory or only your territory?

The way it is worded, the definition of your means that you can only release captured Heroes in your territory that you own. The wording makes it a relatively bad card. I would suggest using Covenant with Palestine or The New Covenant.
