Title: Couple of sites questions

1) how many of the same sites with special abilities for a T1 deck?

2) is there a cap on how many of the same non sa site in one deck (eg Egypt)

I remember hearing two different answers to the second one so I'm not sure which one is the official one

1) 1 per 50
2) In T1, the cap is 21 (I.e., the only cap is the max number of LSs in a T1 deck of 154). In T2 the cap is 4.
