If i attack w/ warriors captain and put up holy of holies, does it make the battle btn?

Captain of the Host:

Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Silver • Ability: 10 / 10 • Class: None • Special Ability: Interrupt and prevent all special abilities except banding. Fight by the numbers. • Play As: Negate all special abilities on characters and enhancements (except banding and Captain’s special abilities). • Identifiers: OT Male Angel, Prophet • Verse: Joshua 5:14 • Availability: Warriors booster packs (Rare) • Background

I think so because i think the "Interrupt and prevent all special abilities except banding" part is negated, but the "fight by the numbers" part wouldn't be.  right? wrong? ??? please tell me :)

I'm prolly wrong on this, but isn't the "Fight by the numbers" just there as a clarifier as to what happens after everything is interupted and prevented? Just reading the "play as" part, and how its typically been played, thats my guy feeling. So since HoH isn't letting the first part take place, then the second part doesn't take place as well. So I don't think the battle is determined soley by the numbers. I'd imagine the other characters and enhancements abilities would still take effect.
