can goliath do this???

If the angel wars lost soul that says "If opponants hero withdraws from battle place on bottom of deck."  If you block with Goliath does it go to the bottom.

Yes. Unless of course the only Heroes in battle are protected from withdraw (like Asahel) or protected from/immune to Goliath (bulletproof Gideon/Samson/John the Baptist/Isaac, Thaddeus with X>=10, a Hero with Eleazar's Sword) or are Giant slayers.
