I'm pretty certain that the rules for converted evil weapons would be the same as converted Evil Characters: If it harms a hero, or does something a hero can't do (like bands in an EC, etc.) then it doesn't work. I would say that you could use Axe to discard a Fortress from a converted Babylonian.
It should work due to the fact that the sa is not "harming" any heroes. Also It could be something that a hero would do. I am not sure if there are any examples of it though
*facepalm* I can't believe this combo has been staring us in the face for years and I've never abused it.

As long as it doesn't effect a hero in a novel way you are good to go.

If I convert Naaman to a hero and he is discarded he goes back to my territrory as red.Or is he healed and stays in battle?
Yes, I was hoping since it was his ability and doesn't say back to territory that he would return to battle as red hero.
