Player A is a noob who uses TGT he attacks with Salome gathered to ET, and plays "He is Risen" before the battle. He sets aside 10 of his ECs for 10 turns, one of them being Astrologers with Magic Charms on them.1.) Can he then capture his own heroes with Magic Charms? My instinct is no.
Player B discards his entire deck with Gates of Hell. Although that doesn't really matter, and I shouldn't have included it as it may confuse you, beings he then blocks with SWS from his hand. He exchanges with Player A's Astrologers.2.) Can Player B use Magic Charms? I know I've played it as yes, but now that I stop and think it seems like it should be no.3.) Can Player A use Magic Charms? Again, now that I've stopped to think, it seems the answer is yes.
4.) When can Player A remove SWS from set aside? Someone whose name shall not be mentioned said that he can take SWS back whenever, but we all know Ring Wraith is usually wrong. I thought that SWS stays there forever (or until shuffled in via ANB, discarded via plot, etc etc), but I'm usually wrong also. Does he come back with the other characters?

He was not set-aside with He is Risen, he was set-aside by his own ability, which doesn't give a provison for returning from set-aside. I would wait for other elders to comment on this though.
SWS is not a set-aside card. He goes into set-aside, but there's nothing restricting him from coming back.
