If my opponent wins one of the Lost Souls Of The Lost Souls card and then he puts Moses in play does he instantly win the lost soul and only considered one now since Moses negates lost souls?

If I remember correctly (at least this is how 2-liner and 3-liner was ruled a while ago) is that their "effects" are not effects. But really identifiers and as such can't be negated.
They seem pretty lame as fighters maybe we should challenge them to a dance off or a redemption game

When that soul was created, nobody had an idea that there would be a Moses in the future that could negate it, so it got an errata later.

Actually while Lost Souls errata was at one point to treat their ability as an identifier, I believe the current errata is simply that they cannot be negated.  At least that is what the current errata in the errata thread says.

Not that this really changes anything though.

Actually that might be the case just to keep them from being a no-effect LS and as such was not limited to 1 per deck.

This is correct.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

Two quick questions

1) If the Lost Souls 2 - liner and 3 - liner get under deck top deck or Shuffle do they reset to 0 Lost Souls won? Reset right?

2) and if they do get reset what about cards that say once per game if they get shuffled do they get reset as well? As if they never did their special ability?

1. yes
2. not if it says "Per game" but if it just says "may be used twice" like in the case of silver trumpets, if you can get back from discard or topdeck it and draw it again, it is reset.

To the second question:
"May be used twice" is a counter to the card, and as such resets when it leaves the Field. "May be used twice per game" is a counter on the game itself and will not reset until the game ends.
They seem pretty lame as fighters maybe we should challenge them to a dance off or a redemption game
