So, does anyone know exactly what defines a "city" Hero? I've heard that it's Heroes that helped establish the church in that city but I'm not sure if that's official.
And has anyone figured out who belongs with each city besides the ones in TEC that have it in the identifier, and if so can we get an official list somewhere?
And I am right in that a "Missionary" is considered a Hero from every city?

I assume the Elders/Playtesters had definitions for the cities when they were designing the cards, however I don't think they've shared those lists/definitions. It would be very helpful if they did as that would help a lot with current cards (and new card ideas).

So we now have an official definition for how TC characters are played. Can we please get an answer to this question? You would think it wouldn't be so hard to give us at least a working definition of terms for identifiers that are already in use...

Nothing official of course, just my take.
I believe the concept would be for it to include people who were considered an actual part of the church in that city. So people who were missionaries would not be a part of every church they planted, because that wasn't 'their' church. They may still be a member of a specific church, and thus be included for that city in Redemption terms, but should not be in multiple churches to my understanding.
So, the Deacons are all Jerusalem because that is where they were based, where they built the church, and the group they identified with. Saul/Paul as a missionary would not necessarily be considered a member of all the churches he planted (which were a lot), but we could have a discussion about whether he would be the member of a particular church (one he would consider his 'home church').
I think that a lot of the older characters are going to need to be looked at, and we will take some time to get a comprehensive list together as a community. Not sure how that will be handled.
