You can’t force your opponent to block with a character that cannot enter battle (i.e., an ignore condition).
You can if you begin with an interrupt. EX. start with a provisioned hero, choose Red Dragon. Then band in Miriam. Play stillness/highway/visions of iddo the Seer (get it all back), then play coat ANd Interrupt with Obediance of noah on Miraim to choose an egyptian. The Interrupt allows the choosing because it interupts Miriams ability to ignore until after the CTB ability has completed.I dont know if you want to go to all that trouble to do that, but you can if you want.
So how do you interrupt Red Dragon's immunity and Miriam's ignore ability without interrupting Coat's ability allowing Miriam to play OoN? Hmmmmm?
What custpope meant to say is you can activate Hidden Treasures, start a rescue with a provisioned Miriam, choose Abner to block and then play Clemency of David.
