Title: Choose blocker vs foreign wives

If you use a choose the blocker card against foreign wives will her protect ability is in effect, what happens?

Her protection is only active wile she is in battle so, If you chose her from territory you can bring her in and her ability will trigger.

If she is already in battle and is protected you can not choose a new blocker to kick her out.
