Title: Chloe, Burial and FBN
Post by: Ammian on October 25, 2010, 01:02:10 PM
Now for question 2 of the 4 Q's I have to ask today!
(I think I might be setting a record; can I have a title as "The Inquirer" or something?)
(Seriously, though, I'm not trying to annoy anybody.  Read my signature.)

→I know that Chloe's ability (draw a card), when negated, forces you to return the card you drew to the top of your draw pile.  But what if it was a dominant you drew (ex: Burial), and you used it before your opponent sent out their FBN evil character?  Technically Chloe's ability activating and your opponent sending out their evil character to block are two separate actions ...what would become of your Burial (and the Lost Soul Discarded)?

This one is obviously an easier question.  Nonetheless, I can't find the answer anywhere...

Thanks,
Ammian

Dominants cannot be negated. Not even indirectly. The lost soul remains discarded, Burial remains used.
