clarification question
Cherubim (FF2)
Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Silver • Ability: 4 / 4 • Class: None • Special Ability: Look at opponent's hand and place the evil Dominants on deck. May band to Cherubim, a green Prophet or a teal Priest. • Identifiers: Generic OT Male Angel • Verse: Ezekiel 10:14
If you go on a RA with Cherubim and opponent blocks with a character that negates his ability, cards placed on opponent's deck are NOT taken back into hand. Correct?
Also what is the status on the devise that wipes your memory after you look at opponents hand if the ability is negated by an EC? Look at opponents hand abilities are CBI in reality.

Why would they not be put back into your opponent's hand?
And yes, it's well-known that look at hand abilities are CBI by nature.

Good that we play it right. I just like to brush up before an event.

just a clarification. Does an interrupt the battle place the Evil Dominants back in opponent's hand?
-
Quote from the REG
The phrase “interrupt the battle includes interrupting the following:
all active ongoing abilities
abilities that are defeating one of the characters you control in battle
the last enhancement played in current battle if it was played by your opponent.
Interrupt the battle only includes such abilities if they are on cards that are in battle.
just a clarification. Does an interrupt the battle place the Evil Dominants back in opponent's hand?
No. Since Place is an instant ability, it is not interrupted.
-
I don't believe so. The look at/place is an instant ability not causing the removal of an EC from battle, and it's not an enhancement, so I don't see why it would be interrupted by an ITB ability.
