Only if you have a redeemed soul.
This is how it works:TGT is read from the holders perspective, so Player A has TGT in territory, Player B needs a redeemed soul for Player A's TGT to be active and thus allowing the 6 to ignore - If Player B has TGT in territory then Player A needs a redeemed soul for TGT to grant the ignore powers. If B has a redeemed souls, A has TGT down, since TGT is read from A's perspective Mary, Salome, John etc all ignore. Since TGT doesn't specify 'Yours' or 'Holders' player B's Mary Salome John all get the benefit of TGT.

A has a rescued lost soul, and B does not. A is making a rescue attempt for one of B's lost souls, with a TGT hero. A has the ignore capability for his TGT hero even if B does not have a rescued lost soul. Correct?
