Do ongoing abilities from the main battle carry over to the side battle? The REG states that ongoing abilities from the side battle carry back to the main battle, but it doesn't say if the same occurs in reverse (at least not in the Side Battles section of the Rulebook).
For example, I RA with Joseph ("Joseph" enhancements are CBN), they block, and I play Cup of Wrath to cause my black EC to fight their blocker. If I play Joseph in Prison (itb, remove all cards in battle from the game) on my EC, does it gain CBN from Joseph back in the main battle?
