If you have the Pigs LS out and rescue with a generic hero and play an enhancement to draw cards, is the draw prevented?
Basically, does this LS allow draw abilities that are printed on heroes and enhancements played by them?

The difference between this and Creeper is that Creeper says "by Characters" and Pigs says "on Heroes." A Hero playing a draw card will result in the draw being prevented.
