Dust and Ashes (Di)

Type: Fortress • Brigade: None • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: When you play this card, search discard pile for Job. If your Job is harmed or defeated by an opponent, you may place him here instead. Each upkeep, return contents to hand. Cannot be negated. • Identifiers: None • Verse: Job 42:5-6 • Availability: Disciples booster packs ()

Moses kills Egyptian (Pa)

Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Gold • Ability: 0 / 4 • Class: None • Special Ability: Interrupt the battle and set aside any opponent's male Hero in play for 5 turns. Then return the Hero to owner's territory. • Identifiers: OT, Depicts a Weapon • Verse: Exodus 2:12 • Availability: Patriarchs booster packs (Common)

Is being set aside considered harm? If I make a RA with Job while D&A is active, and my opponent plays MKE, would Job be set aside for 5 turns? I know some cards protect from "harm or effect," but that isn't the wording on this one. Since Job suffers no harm while set aside, I think he would be set aside. (I was the one playing Job, so that decision worked against me.) Is this correct?

Harm = targeted by another alignment.  Also, Job would be defeated in this instance, so you could still use DnA.

Thanks. I should have checked the glossary for "harm" first. :-[
