Title: CBP Lost soul & Covenant with Death

In order for the CBP soul to activate, there has to be no covenant in play. Does Covenant with Death count because it has covenant in the title, or does it have to be a good covenant?

Covenant of death is a curse. It doesn't count as a Covenant. I think.

I would try to argue that it's a covenant since it has covenant in the title, but since two of you are saying so, it's more than likely that I'm wrong. :P

Your points are valid, Brandon. Based on our definition in the REG it's not clear that CwD isn't a Covenant (it is not). We will make that more clear in the REG update that's coming out in a few weeks.
