More noob questions

Sorry for all the really basic questions from me. Like I said before, there is no one around here to teach me to play, so I'm figuring it out along the way.

1. I was going through the wiki, and I don't completely understand what the territory class enhancements do. Could someone explain them to me please?

2. If I have a card that allows me to search my draw pile for a certain color brigade card, can I select a split brigade with that color in it?

3. How do I know if a site is a roman site? Is it a matter of knowing historically, or will the card say it's a roman site?

4. Are you able to move a weapon class enhancement to another hero during your prep or discard phase, or is it once it's on a character, it stays there?

5. Troops Discharged forces two evil characters to battle. Could I get two of opponents evil characters to battle or is it one of mine and one of my opponents?

6. Are Winning by ignore and winning by immunity treated the same way? According to the rules, if you are winning by ignore, unless your opponent negates the ignore, you "walk past" the defender" and win.  If immunity the same thing? If not, could someone give an example?

1) Territory class enhancements function like normal enhancements, except they may also be played outside of battle during your prep and discard phases.

2) You can target any card that has the specified brigade, be it a dual, triple, quadruple, or multi brigade card (keeping in mind that dominants and fortresses have no brigade colors, despite having the multi brigade background).  This includes dual-alignment enhancements (enhancements that can be played as either good or evil).

3) Most sites will not say what kind of site they are; you can find a full list of Roman sites (and any other identifier for any type of card) in the REG (or more easily on the wiki, once the identifier section is set up).  For immediate reference, the only Roman sites are Nero's Realm and Roman Prison (all three versions).

4) Once a weapon-class enhancement is on a character, it must stay there unless another card (like Abraham's Descendants targeting an evil enhancement in play) allows you to pick it up, at which point you could place it on another character.

5) You can choose any two evil characters in play - two of yours, two of theirs, or one of each.  Additionally, as the holder of the card that initiated the side battle, you get to choose in which order the characters' special abilities activate (this can often be used to allow you to play cards in the side battle without letting your opponent play anything before ending the battle or discarding cards or other fun stuff).

6) Ignoring is just as you said - you "walk past" them.  If you are immune to them, that simply means they cannot target you with any of their abilities to which you are immune (usually just characters and the enhancements played with them), and their strength does not matter (if it is greater than your toughness, you still survive).

Example: Abiezer(Ki) makes a rescue attempt and Possessing Demon(Ap) blocks.  Abiezer is not losing by the numbers because he is immune to Crimson.  Additionally, Possessing Demon's ability cannot target Abiezer due to the immunity.  Since Abiezer is killing Possessing Demon but is immune to it, Possessing Demon is losing the battle and has initiative to play.  Should no enhancements be played, Abiezer wins the battle without dying.

Abiezer (Blue hero, 7/3, WC): Hero is immune to Crimson Brigade.

Possessing Demon (Crimson evil character, 3/4): Take any blue brigade Hero prisoner. Place Hero in your land of bondage. Hero is treated as a Lost Soul.

1. Territory class are enhancements that you play in your territory. You can play before, during, or after battle. There effect is immediate.

2.You can select any card that includes that brigade. So you could search for a split brigade, or a multicolor, or a normal cards from that brigade.

3.There are 3 roman sites: Nero's realm, roman prison (no SA), and roman prison (SA)

4.Once you place a weapon on a hero, it stays there.

5.you can select any to evil characters in play, so yes, you could select 2 of opponents

6.Immunity is not the same thing as ignore. Ignore means that you act as if the character is not there. immune means that you cant be hurt by that character. so, if you were ignoring black brigade, then your opponent cannot even block with a black brigade character. If you are immune, then they can still block, but cannot hurt that character specifically. they can still hurt the rest of your cards, but not that specific one. also, if you are immune to an evil character, you still have to beat them to get the soul. whereas if you are ignoring them, you do not have to beat them, since you are going around them.
so, basically, if you are ignoring someone, you literally "ignore them", act as if they arent even there. But if you are imune, they just cannot hurt the character that is immune.

1. Territory Class Enhancements can be played in battle just like normal enhancements, but they can also be played before or after battle on your turn, as long as you have a character in your territory that matches that brigade. So, for example, if you have a Red TC enhancement, your Red Hero can play it before you attack, or you can attack with a Red Hero and play it during battle, or you can wait until after battle to play it.

2. Yes. All cards that have multiple brigades (whether it be 2, 3, 4 or All brigades) can be selected for any of its particular brigades. So for example if a card says to search for a Red enhancement, you can search for an all-red enhancement, a red and silver enhancement, or a rainbow enhancement (which is all brigades).

3. The REG (and the Wiki I believe) has a list of Roman sites. I'd have to look to make sure, but I believe the only Roman Sites are Nero's Realm and Roman Prison.

4. Once a weapon is on a Hero, it stays there. The only way you can "switch" holders is if the Hero with the weapon is in battle banded to another Hero that can use that weapon, and the original Hero is removed from battle. In that case you can choose the weapon to follow the Hero no longer in battle, or you can keep it on the new Hero.

5. Unless otherwise specified, you can choose any two characters to fight in a side battle. If you choose two characters from the same player, you get to control one (to play enahncements on during that battle) and your opponent gets to control one. You choose who controls who.

6. Immune and ignore are similar, but there are some significant differences. I'll give some examples later to hopefully explain my points:

Immune essentially gives the immune character infinite toughness. So if I am immune to you, your strength can never be high enough to beat me. The only way you can defeat an immune character is if you negate the immune special ability, band in someone you are not immune to, or use an outside special ability (like Angel of the Lord). The important thing to note is that in order for your immune character to be winning the battle, the character's strength must be greater than or equal to than my character's toughness. Immune also means that special abilities used by the character you are immune to do not affect the immune character.

Ignore does four main things:

1. It stops ignored characters from entering battle.
2. It makes the ignorer immune to the ignoree.
3. It makes the ignoree immune to the ignorer (except that the ignorer is defeating the ignoree)
4. It makes the ignorer to be defeating the ignoree (without harming it)

Examples:

I attack with Joseph (2/2 Blue/Green, SA not important). You block with Red Dragon (5/6, Immune to human Heroes). Right now, your strength is defeating my toughness, and my strength is not defeating your toughness, so you are winning. I play a 4/2 Blue enhancement. Now my strength (6) would normally be defeating your toughness, except you are immune, so your toughness is basically infinity. You are still beating me, so I play a 2/2 Blue enhancement. Now my toughness (6) is bigger than your strength, so at this point it is a stalemate. The only way I can beat you is to interrupt/negate your immunity, band to an Angel, or play an outside card like Angel of the Lord. Other special abilities on my enhancements (like Trapped in Cleverness, Capture an Evil Character) cannot beat Red Dragon, since he is immune.

I attack with Miriam (4/4 Green, Ignore Gold Brigade). This means you cannot block with a Gold Evil Character (see point 1 above). So let's say you block with Abiram (5/7 Brown, no SA). Now I am losing, so I play Clemency of David (1/1, ignore Brown). Now I am ignoring you, so that means I am immune to you (see point 2 above), and I am defeating you (see point 4 above). You are also immune to me, but that doesn't matter, since I am defeating you. At this point in the battle, numbers no longer matter, and you can play as many enhancements as you like (since you are losing and it is always your initiative), but you can't use enhancements that would hurt Miriam. If the battle ends, I will win the LS, but neither character is discarded. Similar to immunity, the only way you can win the battle is to band to an Evil Character that isn't Brown, negate/interrupt my ignore ability, or use an outside card like Christian Martyr.

I know that's all really complicated, but the difference is a complicated one. Feel free to continue asking questions until it becomes clear to you.

It looks like others also answered (correct for the most part), but hopefully my answers provide some additional insight.

So if I am being ignored, I can still play an enhancement that doesn't hurt the ignorer and does not negate the ignore?

So, for example, say that someone attacks me with miriam and I block with the twelve fingered giant. It's Miriam's initiative, so she plays a card that says that Miriam ignores black brigade. It is my imitative now, because I'm being ignored. Can I play an enhancement that doesn't directly negate the ignore ability? Like, could I play love of money, which allows the twelve fingered giant to play enhancements of any color, then play confusion to look through their deck and discard a card? I thought that you could only play enhancements that negate the ignore.

In your example, yes, you can play cards like Love of Money and Confusion. You can also play enhancements that negate the ignore, but that's not your only option, because you're not being removed from battle.
