Scenario... Tartaros is in play, Angels Sword played on Michael which gives Michael first initiative, Michael goes in for a rescue, Might of Angels is played discarding most every demon in play and can't be negated because it's played on Michael, owner of Tartaros played Might of Angels so all demons are now in that Tartaros.  Question... Can Admiral call any other card owner's demon to band into battle for defense?

Admiral - Kingdoms of this World fortresses do not protect Evil Characters this turn.  You may release your demon from any evil fortress in play or set aside area and band it into battle.

Tartaros - All demons that holder captures, discards, or has in Land of Bondage are placed in Tartaros.  Release one demon to holder's territory from Tartaros when one of holder's demons wins in battle.

Is the demon that you discarded your demon because you discarded it and bound it in your Tartaros?

Admiral says you may release "your" demon. That means that any demon you band to has to be yours (you own the card, and you have control of it). So if your opponent captures a demon of yours and puts it in his Tartaros, or if you capture your opponent's demon and put it in yours, then your Admiral can't bring the demon out. But if you discard your own demon and put him in your Tartaros, Admiral can band to him.

So, regardless if you use them for your defense and they are in your possession to do so, they are never your demons.  This means Demonic Stronghold doesn't work if you use their demon though it is in your possession to capture heroes.

Demonic Stronghold - If holder’s demon captures a Hero, place that Hero here.  Holder’s demons gain 1/1 for each Hero here.
