If I use CS on a brown character, but some of or all of the 3 EEs are some other brigades other than brown, can I still use them even if there's only a brown EC in battle? I ask because it doesn't specify only brown enhs can be tossed, and I want to make sure there isn't something I'm missing regarding the toss ability.
