Card cover rules

I have a really simple question about tournaments. Am i allowed to use more than 1 color card covers to mark certain cards that i need to use in another deck also? For example, i might need to replace  8 characters/enhancements with 8 sites in my 63 card deck for a multiplayer deck. Am i allowed to use 2 different colored card covers for those so i can easily switch the cards out when switching decks?

No. All sleeves must look the same, none may have differences or markings that make them identifiable.

what you can do  though is  put  things inside the  card  sleeve so like put half a sticky note on a card and put it in the sleeve.

Hopefully I dont go over 100 cards in my deck then. I only have 100 card sleeves for my deck, and they have a dragon on the back. I don't think that they are sold anymore.
I'm known as the Redemption Card girl to those in Redemption who know me.

why would anyone have over 100 cards in their deck unless they are playing type 2 anyways?

are you kidding? yes it is unusual, but i would totally build a 100 card Type 1 turtle deck!!! that's defensive fury doubled!!! and your offense has a better chance of working if its small and doesn't have alot of cards to combo. if they kill your Zebby you have another one for example. ...if only i had two of every card I own...
Can't think of something clever to say...sorry if you were expecting inspirational and/or witty...
