Well if that doesn't sound like a setup question, then I don't know what does. If you have to question it this much, then I would suggest that you don't use the card.
Even if it's a wicked alt art no sa soul you wanna make sure you can play in booster?
My opinion is that if I can read it, then I can play it. For altered/alternate art, as long as it doesnt change the card and isnt really offensive, I don't care.
