Would Image of Jealousy (TexP) negate storehouse from being able to store cards? and would all those cards then be discarded? and if so is there anything that can negate Image of Jealousy in that case?

I'm fairly sure if you negate Storehouse it has no impact on the cads placed on it, however you won't be able to place more or remove any so long as Image of Jealousy is removed.

so Image of Jealousy would lock the storehouse. Is there a card that could remove Image of Jealousy, and open the Storehouse back to a functioning Storehouse?

Abraham's Descendant: "Interrupt a Curse or evil Enhancement in play and add it to your hand. Search each discard pile for a good Enhancement and place them beneath owners’ decks."

This is exactly the card you're looking for.

I thought that if storehouse, other container fort, was interrupted the contents were returned where they came from, and in the case of the hand, any cards more than the hand cap were to be discarded?

Nope. This is only true if the card that negates the Fortress also returns the cards (such as Spreading Mildew).
