Would Image of Jealousy (TexP) negate storehouse from being able to store cards? and would all those cards then be discarded? and if so is there anything that can negate Image of Jealousy in that case?

I'm fairly sure if you negate Storehouse it has no impact on the cads placed on it, however you won't be able to place more or remove any so long as Image of Jealousy is removed.

Nope. This is only true if the card that negates the Fortress also returns the cards (such as Spreading Mildew).
