Since the wording reads “good enhs on this hero” that would include protection for placed and equipped enhs.
Read the wording and see for yourself. “Protect good enhancements on this hero from opponent’s. Cannot be negated by a good card.” (Errata).

I'm less sure about Enhancements CoL uses in battle, but I could see the argument for them being protected as well.
Oh wow so you're suggesting interrupt and discard for example wouldn't do anything to enhance even played on cone dog in battle

But are those non-placed/non-equipped enhancements played during battle proteced or not?
