My opponent goes for a rescue attempt and I block with a male human evil character and they play can only be blocked by a female character (or character refuses to block, ignore, repel, immune,) am I allowed to band another character into battle?

Your current blocker would be ignored, and yes you can band in a female evil character; however, your original EC would still be being ignored unless the hero's enhancement is interrupted/negated.

Do the numbers on the enhancements that I played with on the first evil character transfer over to the second evil character that I banned in?
