Title: Can Joy (EC) be played on Moses (CoW) without being negated?

Hi there,

subject says it all: Can this be done since Joy's ability grants a CBN it should be CBN too, right?

Joy (EC): Place on your clay or white Hero: Increase Hero 7/0. That Hero's special ability cannot be negated. Protect clay and white Heroes from decrease.

Moses (CoW): Negate Enhancements, Lost Souls and characters in territories (except cloud cards). While in battle, negate Enhancements and other characters in the Field of Battle (except cloud cards).

the place part of the ability is not CBN, so no you cant place it

The answer is yes, but if Moses is out and you play Joy outside of battle, Moses will negate the place part, so you won't get to place it on Moses, but if you either shut off Moses's ability or you play Joy during battle (and Moses isn't the one in battle) you will be able to place it on Moses and the granting of the CBN won't be negated.

Thanks guys! This would make him even stronger. If you can manage to place Faith of Enoch on him too then he might become his own free soul!  ;D
