Does Of One Mind only make Enhancements used by clay Heroes CBN or do clay Heroes that band themselves get CBN too?

For example, if I have Of One Mind out and my opponent activates Covenant With Death. Can I attack with Claudia and band to Peter? Or is that not "used" by Claudia?

Of One MInd - "Place in your territory: Band abilities used by clay Heroes cannot be negated."

Claudia - "...May band to a clay Hero..."

Of One Mind can include a clay Hero with a band ability (like Claudia) or a clay Hero with a banding Enhancement played on them (it doesn't have to be a clay Enhancement as long as they can legally use it).
